After have a bad experience at a competitor’s store that a friend had recommended, I thought I would give Seven O’s a try. I’ll say I’m glad I did!! There was absolutely zero pressure it didn’t matter if you wanted a new RV or a used one..they were happy you were there and looking to make a purchase.. My salesman Ron Hoffman at the Kirkville store was awesome. He understood what I was looking for very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I picked up my camper today 6/13/2020. Ron went over every on of the camper in great detail, and made sure I understood everything and answered any questions I had. Afterward I had the pleasure of meeting Devon (I apologize if misspelled) who had installed my brake controller and towing equipment. Again very knowledgeable and professional.

Also every single employee I came across, or dealt with greeted me with either hello, or good morning.

I called in late on Saturday afternoon with a wiring problem that created an issue with my camper lights and electric brake. We were from out of town and camping locally. The person on the phone talked me through some possible remedies but none worked. Despite no appointment, he said come in first thing Monday and they would do their best. They were professional, courteous and fixed my issue within 30 minutes. Being a new camper, they also gave me a few tips on my set-up to make my traveling safer and easier for me. Never made me feel like I was the problem – stuff happens.

The best customer service experience I have had in a long time, from the call on Saturday, to their front desk to the service department.

Went there the night before we were going to leave for a long weekend. The guy who works on the campers was awesome. They said to bring it right in and they would see if they could get it fixed by 11am the next morning. I dropped it off at 3pm and stopped by the next morning at 11am and it was done. Valves replaced and brakes checked.

My experience was great there, and I won’t hesitate to take my camper back there for service.

We wanted a camper so we could take our twins camping. 7O’S was awesome. They had exactly what we wanted. The sales team was great. They went up and above our expectations. The service crew went through the camper from top to bottom. They were very polite and went through everything with us and how to use it. If you are looking for a camper, this is the place.
